I purchased a key chain at another store the key chain is broke and the store would not replace my item. I'm traveling and will not be back to my regular store. i spend a great deal on Pandora. I was not happy.

3 sales associates stood behind the cashier podium. The other gal was helping a customer. Then the rest of her party came in to stand around and look. They greeted and was ready to serve them before coming over to me. Just not a good first impression. If I didn’t need the earrings I bought and enjoy the actual Pandora brand I would have just walked out. The gal helping me just didn’t seem really helpful or informative for suggestions - just going through the motions to finish transition.

I went there to get my ring replace(since is still under the warranty) because Is peeling off and the assistant manager REFUSED to exchange it. Without giving me an explanation walked away.

I experienced some serious racism in the store. I was not directed at me but a person employed in the Pandora store did not want to assist to black gentleman who were waiting for help.
