The sales associate was aawesome! I was looking to purchase additional charms but the inventory was not there. I looked at 4 different charms...the store only had 1 in stock at the store.

Store was way to busy and had associates had no organization on how they were helping people. Service felt rushed and not personalized at all.

The sales associate I received was not friendly at all, had no knowledge of anything, her tone and the way she kept saying “I don’t know this” or “we don’t have that” was so unprofessional. She was giving me a feeling of me being rushed. She completely didn’t know anything to any of the answers I would ask her

The sales associate didn’t really seem like she wanted to help us. I understand that there are certain procedures in place because of COVID but she was not willing to let us look at other items only the two charm boards that she had in that one section. I still made my purchase but I the experience was awful.

The sales associate was very rude. Her tone and demeanor was very unpleasant. She was very short inpatient.

i stood outside of the store for over thirty minutes before actually getting help. i understand the capacity limits, etc. but here is my issue: i was standing there waiting for my turn and the family in front of me was taking forever, then the sales associate that was with them kept allowing people to budge me just because they were in the same family. it started out with just 2 people in the store, and i watched the associate let 7 people at once stand all together, so she let 5 other people in the store as i just sat there waiting for help. she even opened the door for one of them and let her shop and was going to completely ignore me before i told her i already knew exactly what i wanted but she still let me just stand there. which made me even more mad. the associate was wearing all black and had long black hair. working sunday 4/18 at 4pm

excellent customer services

The sales rep had an attitude while helping me. I could not tell if it was because I am African American or she was just not happy that day. While helping me she was extremely rude and condescending. How when she spoke to my wife who is white there was an obvious change in tone and readiness to help.

Sales associate Madelyn T at mall of America store was not interested in showing us any charms other than 1 box when we would ask a question she would not answer unless we asked multiple times did not show us what we were asking for had no interest in us at all since December when I bought my first Pandora I have now 5 brackets all almost finished so I was very unhappy with my experience because of the sales associate
