Ordered two items, earrings and a bracelet, the earrings arrived but the bracelet did not. Invoice showed two items were included. But only the earrings were in box. Called customer service and was told the bracelet was actually shipping in a separate box and would arrive Saturday the 26th of November. It never came. Not happy with this situation.

The salesperson refused to clean my daugters bracelet staring they don't clean last minute.

The sales person didn't know about the marchandise. She didn't show us all what they have. She sold us a clip that does't fit the bracelet we chose. Very very poor service. I am totally disappointed and I will not come again to this store ( MOA store ! )

There was an item marked for a certain price when it was time to pay for it, it rung up for a different price instead of the manager giving it to me as the marked price she proceeded to just tell me sorry and still tried to make me pay the price it rang up even when it was marked for that price, very dissatisfied, probably will not return

I placed an order online. After my order was confirmed for pickup I was told the following day that 2 of the charms I ordered were not available . However, when o went onto the store to pick my items up. They were available. The sales associate did in fact apologize but, I thought it was very strange that I was just told they were not available but when I went into the store they were.

The staff seems not really wanted to give us service. I felt really bad. We were looking for earrings and we asked her. Then, she showed us what they have. During the time we picked she didn't say anything and she acted like "why you guys are here"... She didn't give any introduction or even greeting. If not necessary, I will not go again.

I have shopped at Pandora’s all over and all Of the sales associates have been very nice and pleasant. This particular woman wasn’t and I believe she was a manager or assistant manager. Not pleasant at all

Two sales people were busy. The other was on the phone when I entered. When she got off, she didn’t acknowledge me but went to assist one of the salesman while I just stood there. He, apologized to me and said he’d be right with me.When the other person completed her transaction, she went in the back but after awhile, returned and helped me. Then this person, went to help another customer. ALL of a sudden, she wasn’t busy. I feel as though she didn’t want to help me at all
