It was a really nice store, I just don't live here, I am from California and came here for my brother's hockey tournament. If i were to live here, I would come back again.

I was just satisfied with my experience inside the Pandora store.. I got what I wanted & asked about upcoming promotions, paid for my merchandise and left.. The associate was friendly & efficient with my transaction..

The overall store was well kept clean. the staff that helped was nice and had amazing customer service. I just wished more charms were available for in store purchase. Everyone I wanted was unavailable but the stuff helped with a great alternative. I was looking for Grandma charms.

I don’t live in the state, which is why it’s unlikely I’d visit again in the next 90 days, however the associate was very friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area I would surely return again

The sales associate was not helpful. Didn’t seem to be interested in helping me. I told her the rings I wanted to look at and she just said yeah I don’t think we have those and didn’t offer to look for the rings.

the women who was helping us insisted that i got a size 17 bracelet and it was too big and i told her if i could try on a 16 and she said it was to small so i went with the 17 later that day i went back to return it because it was simply too big and the women was gone and another one helped us and she said i was a 16 we made an exchange for a size 16

There were only two necklace chains available at the store, and I needed three. Besides, there was no wrapping paper for the inside of Pandora paper bags and no right gift boxes for the necklace chains. I had a much better experience at Pandora London Westfield regarding boxing, wrapping, display style, and availability of items in high demand

I was looking for a chain neckless for a present I just found 1 type had to buy the chain in another place

the quality of the product is awsome, the costumer service was great but little fast to be honest
