There's no pandora in my hometown.

Was to busy and wasn’t greeted when walked into the store

The first four bracelets I liked my size was not available. That was very disappointing.

I had visited the website before going to store. Saw what I wanted but on web. Some of my picks was no longer available but I did substitute.

Huge line to get into the store that took a very long time.

Did not have the specific charm that I wanted most

The wait time was so long around 20 minutes

U have to know why ur going in there u cant just look. If i looked i bet i would buy more.

Once I walked in the girl that was helping me was very helpful. She gave me time to look around and did nit hover over me. She knew exactly what product i was looking for when i didn't see it out on display.

My visit was to purchase a graduation gift for a friend who just received her doctorate degree. Although my experience went well, Rachel was interrupted twice by a fellow co-worker and neither offered an apology or pardon. Also, I was unable to get my bracelet cleaned. Then disappointed that the actual charm I preferred with the bracelet I chose as a gift (only doctor) was unavailable. However, Rachel suggested one that will do. Otherwise, my visit and purchase was fine as always.
