Pandora had exactly what I was looking for: a short, silver chain for a pendant I purchased as a gift. The chain is of high quality at a reasonable price. I was disappointed with the long wait time. (We waited about 15 minutes before anyone greeted us. There were many customers ahead of us). The store was very busy and it seemed like they could have used more sales associates. (Mall of America on a Sunday). Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The long wait time is the only reason I was not highly satisfied.

The associate I had did not know what I was talking about when I wanted to purchase clips for my bracelet. The clips are used to balance charms on bracelet and helps the bracelet from stretching. Associates should all be trained about the products they sell. Every store should be the same. I finally had to ask for the manager to get my problem solved.

During the experience, it took 8-10 minutes for an associate to have time to greet me, or pull out options to look at. As well as, the original reason for stopping at the store was to find a different ring, that had since been retired. I very much appreciated that you carried two similar styles that could work though.

The selection for rings was low. Other stores have multiple ring cases per size but this location had 2. The attendant gave me someone else’s receipt which resulted in me spending time to go to my bank account and confirm proper charge. It also made me lose confidence in privacy because I have the name of that customer now. The receipt has need shredded since.

A lot of charms were sold out. I would of like to have more options and what I did like was not available in store.
