Lady waiting on us walked away and didn't come back to check on us. Size we were looking for not in stock and she didn't offer to order for us and ship it to us.

Simply in store availability of the items we were looking for. Limited bracelet selections.Also the ease of account look up.

Selection was slim to none

The wait time was far too long. Need more associates. Also an employee stated some people waiting in the long line was there for online orders. I felt instead of trying to talk us into leaving simply asking those waiting in line if they’re coming to pick up to keep the line moving i stood in line outside of the Pandora at MOA for over an hour. My back was in such pain while trying to shop i rushed myself.

Apparently the store was only serving 2 customers at a time due to short staff. However, when the sales associate came out to remind people to be in line her attitude was bad.

The Rep was fantastic with all my questions. I have a bangle that has tarnished on the clasp that needs to be repaired or exchanged. I was told that it’s discontinued. Would like more information about correcting this matter

Packaging. Pandora gift bag creased uneven - tissue not nicely done and skimpy. Attention to package detail - Pandora is not inexpensive so should look quality.

The only reason I was not completely satisfied with my experience was because they didn't have the size and style of bracelet that I was looking for but I found another that I like just as much.

Two sales associates were with other customers and the third didn’t really seem like she wanted to be there and was just kind of hanging out near back room ignoring us. She eventually decided to come out and wait on us but didn’t seem like she wanted to be there

Sales associate appear to be new, someone more experienced stop by but then left. I had to ask for everything to be shown, not any suggestions given by the associate.
