Rachel is who helped me, and she was very sweet and gave me tons of advice on how to care for my jewelry whether I was wearing it or not. Super helpful on how to clean my jewelry on my own because I purchased my bracelet about a year ago and with covid they are not doing in store cleanings. Rachel sold me the cleaning kit and told me the best way to make my pieces look like brand new again, and how to keep them in that condition for longer. She also introduced me to the safety clips which provide further security that I won’t lose my bracelet, even after a night out. I will be back and recommending all my friends to this location.

Sales person, Brandi, was very knowledgeable and put up with all of my questions and requests to see different bracelets. Store was very clean and the lighting was excellent to see the qualify of the products.

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the salesperson was very nice and helpful. The salesperson seen the charms I already had on my charm bracelet and showed me other charms that would go with the ones I already had.
