service was amazing. I just wasn't aware there were lower costing charms on the website verses the store. But I grabbed. Book. Young lady was very friendly and kept us from purchasing from a fake website. She's a keeper.

I walked in the store no line no wait and the associate was there to assist me and my daughter and I didn’t feel rushed
