The manager of the store was incredible!!! She really helped us out with the purchase and explained how the Pandora Bracelet works. She is an AMAZING MANAGER

Customer service was great, I felt great leaving the store. Great experience

The sales associate was able to get us the right items we where looking for right away. She also used her personal jewelry styles to sell me on a more expensive item and I could not be happier. The only thing that made this experience lack was the fact my mother and I had to wait to enter the store for over 40 mins and my mom has a bad knee. If these store restrictions are due to COVID I would suggest a virtual line.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Staff went over the top to make sure customers were taken care of. They also made sure there were only a limited amount of customers to be about to maintain social distancing.

Place was clean. Staff were friendly. There was lots of options and plenty charms to look for. Found exactly what I was looking for.
