Sales associate vey knowledgeable about merchandise. She was very nice and friendly and assisted us with everything in the process. I purchased 10 charms and the sales associate was very patient during my decision making process. I was on vacation doing some shopping at that particular store so I probably won’t return to that store anytime soon but I will definitely remember the great experience I had at Pandora in mall of America.
