All my concerns were resolved. A defective clip was exchanged, I was offered a cleaning of my bracelet and I received assistance purchasing two more charms.

Emily W. Was so helpful! She geeked over the harry potter charms and bangle with me and helped me with my decision. She made me feel very confident in my purchase and didn't pressure me into buying more than I was comfortable with. I absolutely loved her! So friendly and was really engaged in what we were doing. While I was selecting what I wanted she also helped my sister in balancing her bracelets.

There was no wait time to get in the store. The sales reps were all super friendly. There was a wide selection to choose from. More than one person thanked me at the end.

As soon as we walked in we noticed a nice sales associate asked us if how are we doing and if we need anything. Staff are very nice , they always asked us to let them know if we need help. Associate name EYERUSALEM help us and she is super patient and nice to us. She gives us a lot of suggestions and take care of our needs. The best pandora store i have been to. I like that I could browse at my leisure with out a sales person following me. I liked that when I did have questions the sales person was available.
