Both Rachels went above and beyond. I replaced my Pandora bracelet in sept. the clasp broke on the replacement and I replaced that one in November. it broke again! These ladies helped me choose a different bracelet. Also Rachel (manager) offered her card so that I can order directly from the store since I live 90 miles from the store.

I worked with Euryslym, sales girl, who was very knowledgeable about the products.

The store was very busy. The staff remained calm and attentive to each individual. The rep that I worked with was very patient with my indecisiveness and helped me choose the perfect pieces. If I were to make one recommendation I would recommend placing items of the same type together versus by collection type...example...put all rings together instead of in multiple locations.

The sales associate was very helpful and understanding to our needs. We did have to wait a long time, but understandable for this time of year. They didnt have a specific size we needed, but it was mailed in less than week. Very happy with my purchase.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful However after visiting the MOA location and having new charms added my Mickey Minnie bangle broke Yep, the open bangle with a Mickey and Minnie closure .. the Mickey head broke off!! Assume the gal at MOA tightened it toooo much Took it to the Rosedale store where the assistant manager was absolutely amazing!! She took good care of me but suggested I contact the Disney Springs location to get replacement since that’s where I bought it .. and Disney only place that carries this exclusive open bangle!!! A replacement would be appreciated since many memories attached to this bangle! Thank you
