The sales person Emily was very friendly. I had a return that she helped me with and I brought in 3 different colored charm bracelets and she showed me some of the newest charms in those colors. She also helped me apply for a Pandora credit card which I was approved for! I will ask for her the next time I go back to the store at the Mall of America
