Great friendly service from Ian

Chris and Anya were very polite friendly and helpful. They have good knowledge of the products and advised us accordingly.

We were highly satisfied with Ian who helped us decide on our needs had great knowledge regarding the products… the choice of beds were not amazing so ended up with just a mattress and will have to buy bed elsewhere.

The assistant was very pleasant and seemed to have a good knowledge of what I was after

Ian was a pleasure to work with and I'm a salesman but my daughter eldest said he is a nice man and pleasent but not pushy at all

Anya was polite, friendly and helpful. She explained that she was relatively new in post and sought advice from her manager where needed. Store Manager equally polite, friendly and helpful.

Staff very attentive. We had specific needs for our bed purchase and they were able to narrow our search. Able to try mattresses was a good bonus in these COVID times.

Anita was very welcoming from the onset. She knew her products and provided excellent customer service. Chris who is only in his fourth week in the store is learning but already has a good welcoming way with customers as well. Store visited was Lancaster
