We were highly satisfied with the way we were treated by the sales assistant (Clare)her knowledge of the products and willingness to listen to our needs. Clare took the time to understand our specific requirements, offered us her knowledge and was not just pushing for a sale. This lady is a credit to dreams with her manner and attitude and it’s only a pity that other retail assistants cannot understand that it is important to listen to the customer and their needs rather than being sales driven. I cannot speak highly enough of this lady and her perfect manner.

Clare was very helpful as soon as we walked in the shop

Clare was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to direct my elderly mother to mattresses which would make her most supported and comfortable while sleeping. Clare was patient and kind as my mother navigated the store with her walking frame and had to have information repeated frequently due to hearing loss.

All the information we received was fantastic and there was no high pressure sales just nice and easy and every question was answered
