Clare was super helpful & knowledgable, nothing was too much hassle

We explained what we were looking for and the assistant put us on the beds that give you the best mattress to suit you and it was easy from there

The staff member Julie was very knowledgeable and professional but most of all She was very personable, patient and a credit to your company.

Our salesperson Sean was brilliant. He helped keep an eye on our toddler while we used the mattress-selector machine and tried the suggested mattresses. He also really listened when we explained that value for money was really important to us and led us to mattresses that were comfortable but not too expensive either. He helped us to pick one that was right for us on comfort and cost.

Excellent service from Julie. Very knowledgeable & took the time understand our needs and advise us to get the right product for us, which was not the one we originally came in for. Very impressed all round. A pleasant purchasing experience & one that we could not have done online.

I was left to look around on my own after sales person introduced himself and siad he was available if I needed assistance .
