I went into the store desperate to find a mattress and the service was outstanding. Time was taken to understand my needs. We was put onto the 'magic bed' which was awesome. I can honestly not wait to get my mattress.

Clare who dealt with us was very approachable not pushy took care of very well and knew what she was talking about

Claire approached us straight away and listened to what we were looking for. I didn’t know you did the sleep matching which was so helpful.

I have a number of health issues and your representative was very patient and understanding of my requirements. He didn't rush me and ensured I got the product I needed. He was friendly and considerate. I had a good choice of suitable products and was able to try them more than once to be sure of my choice.

Although the bed I had seen online was on show in the store and I was perfectly happy with it, the mattress I had seen online was unfortunately not on show. Aaron asked what my priorities were and suggested several other mattresses to test before I made my mind up to go for the Paddington one. There was no sales pressure and I was pleased with the information provided so decided to purchase in store rather than online.

We looked at the product online then visited the store the lady who I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable she was able to make sure it was TGE right bed for us and I didn’t feel pressured
