Hamilton made my husband and I feel at ease and understood our needs and requirements and assisted in helping us find the right bed & mattress for us. He wasn't pushy which I found an added bonus. Everything ran so smoothly cannot fault anything in our experience.

We got an amazing deal on a beautiful bed the girl that helped us was very friendly an polite an patient she did everything she could an more to help us find the right bed for us even as to lengths of going an getting a measuring tape an making sure it would be a correct fit for our room the whole experiance was really good would highly recommend the dreams team the store we had visited was the Kirkcaldy store was very happy and will be back

The store was well laid out and encouraged social distancing , Sean explained the differences in the different types of beds and we were able to test them after using the Dreams posture machine. All in it was a satisfying experience and selecting the correct mattress was quite easy.

Julie assisted us throughout our time in the store. She listened to all the things we where looking for and took the time to find the products that satisfied our needs.

The store was very clean and bright. The staff were friendly but not overbearing, they gave us space to browse but were on hand to answer any queries we had.

Sales assistant was very good and knew his stuff. Made us feel very welcome and made out choice easier

it was nice to go into the shop and browse there was nobody on your back whenever you entered the shop only to ask if you would like a bottle off water which was nice we went and browsed and then asked sean what mattress would suit us he was very good put us on the moving bed it was lovely and gave us an idea off what we were after and we never felt under any pressure it was all very relaxed i have already reccomended your shop as my son and daughter in law are looking for a bed I'm so excited for my new bed arriving would recommend your shop to my freinds and neighbours thanks.

Julie was so helpful and had so much knowledge it made picking our mattress so easy. Cleaned everything once we were finished with it and we were offered water as well. First class store during these hard times they were very professional.
