I went in to dreams in Kirkcaldy Fife I spoke to Aaron who was very helpful showed me the choices available to me i made up my mind within 5 minutes and paid for a new single bed which is getting delivered this Saturday 8/5/2021 I went in to the store on 3/5/2021 in and out of store within 15 minutes great service plus I got a discount because there was a sale on I would thoroughly recommend the dreams stores

We had a great time at the Kirkcaldy store while looking to upgrade our current mattress. We were well looked after by Julie, who walked us through the whole process from beginning to end. We are very excited to receive our order on Saturday! Thanks again Julie.

Since my husband suffered a stroke, we have been looking to change our bed for some time but found looking on the internet time consuming and confusing. My husband & I visited your Kirkcaldy branch and were delighted with the service provided by Julie. Staff were very knowledgeable, listened to our needs & gave numerous suggestions. We were introduced to the latest Dreams Sleepmatch technology, and the top 4 suggestions were exactly what Julie had suggested for us. We were looked after very well in store & offered water on numerous occasions, we were not rushed into making a decision and left the store very happy with our choice of bed. We thought we would have upwards of 6 weeks to wait for delivery, however were delighted when Julie showed us the calendar of dates & have booked to take delivery of our purchase in three weeks time. Very happy customers indeed.

Met with friendly adviser (Carolyn) who wasn't at all pushy and left us to look around. She was on-hand to advise us when we needed it and clearly explained everything, including the 'bedcover' insurance which we thought was worthwhile taking. Very easy transaction and would happily return.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had the correct bed. Offered us refreshments and made the experience really good.

Me and my partner were made to feel so content, we could have gone to sleep very easily on any one of your beds.

The service was excellent, and Carolyn could not have more helpful.
