The sales assistant Sean that helped with our purchase of a new mattress and bed went above and beyond. He took into consideration my partners pregnancy and the hip and back problems she has, also my own back and neck issues. He also advised on a better pillow that will help with my neck pain. Over all experience was 10/10.

I was greeted within 5 mins of being in the store, I really needed help in choosing the right product for my needs. I cannot thank the assistant who was dealing with me enough, to explaining different types of products to testing them and listening to what it was I was looking for. Everything was done quickly once I had chosen my product and delivery prompt.

prompt attention from Carolyn, offered a drink of water or coffee as we arrived. We went in specifically to do the sleep match which was explained full to us. The experience was pleasant and easy to understand.
