The staff member Aaron was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and all round provided excellent service during my visit.

Very happy with everything. Also got a bottle of water. Sean our assistant was very helpful.

Staff were very informative about the products, helped with our individual needs, and gave us time to have a coffee to talk about what we wanted before we purchased the mattress.

Sales agent was friendly and seemed to know his products well. Item selected was available at short notice and delivered quickly. Very satisfied with shopping experience enhanced by excellent service.

I was greeted immediately I entered the store in a friendly and helpful manner. The employee was very helpful fb patient with me when allowing me to test the re immersed mattresses and she carefully sanitised them after use. She was very knowledgable and helpful.
