The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The technology to assist in selecting a mattress was outstanding.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about products that were available for ourselves. Knew what we were looking for after using the sleep match system. He didn’t just take us to the most expensive mattress and then worked his way downwards, Took us to a mattress that suited our needs.

Customer service was excellent. We were given lots of opportunities to try different mattresses and did not feel rushed or pressured at all. Sales assistant had good product knowledge and was able to answer questions and give advice.

Our sales assistant Aaron was extremely helpful in our search for a new bed. We were unsure as to what mattress type would best suit our needs. Aaron encouraged us to use the Sleepmatch technology and then led us to the suggested mattresses for us to try. He then showed us a variety of bed frames and head boards while advising us about the current deals within the store. We were also allowed to try different pillows, which we added to our purchase. Overall, the service was very professional with good COVID measures in place and who could refuse a free coffee!

Upon entry to the store we where greeted immediately by a dreams employee who was very polite and smartly dressed. The employee spent time to get to know us and our needs, explained different mattress options available and had a very good understanding of each mattress to ensure we had a full understanding before purchasing. Throughout the whole process the employee was never pushy and gave truly honest and unbiased opinions on.each product which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
