We were well taken care of, staff very friendly and attentive, while not appearing to be hassling for a sale. Plenty time to browse and also staff willingness to answer any questions or concerns about products. Very pleasent experience and all information explained, including and using the machine that finds out the proper mattress to suit you, would definitely recommend to family and friends. The assistant Sean was so good I have severe breathing problems, he was so patient never rushed me. He was very informative on the electric bed that I purchased. I had been isolating for a year and was very nervous about going to shops he immediately put me at ease.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of choice in mattresses to test out.

We were able to explain to the assistant exactly what we were after and she was able to deliver everything with ease. Gave us a few options for mattress but didn't push anything on us.

The manager was really friendly and helped make my husband and I feel at ease trying the beds that suited our needs. He gave us the time to really test the different mattresses and make the right choice for us.

Our store assistant Sean was so nice. Polite and friendly and very informative and We did not feel under preassure. He offered us refreshments and suttely gave us privacy to discuss our choices in private. He was understanding of our budget and helped us to find the most suitable mattress for our needs without any preassure.

We were extremely well catered for. We left for coffee to consider our choices, there was no pressure and when we returned, we were supported by the staff member who served us, knew our requirements and we concluded our purchase. You should be delighted with all of the staff we interfaced with in the store. Most helpful.
