This is my first time going to dreams to buy anything we were thinking about a new mattress and we found the perfect one that I needed the staff at dreams were very friendly and helpful I am so happy I chose this shop it was a great experience for me and I would use this store again I just love it so much ❤ thank you

It was my first visit to Dreams, and I was impressed by the efficient and friendly staff who listened to what I wanted, and gave me various options. I was also impressed by the range of beds. That’s why I gave you ten of ten for everything.

The Salesman Sean at Dreams Kirkcaldy Retail Park was very attentive. At the same time gave us plenty of time to consider each mattress and test it. Even when we first arrived in the Store, Sean asked if we would care to have a drink of water because of the temperature outside. That is the first time ever we have experienced that. 10 out of 10 Dreams !!

Enjoyed the virtual experience as it assessed our physical needs. The consultant was helpful, informative and gave us plenty of time for consideration.

Very friendly and helpful staff member. Got exactly what I was looking for and didn't have to spend a long time in the store.

I had an amazing experience. I was made to feel very welcome and what I needed was important to the manager. I have never had this experience before so it was a little daunting to begin but I was soon put at ease and my situation was handled with care and consideration.

Sean who helped me was knowledgeable and gave me good advice about caring for my mattress. I did not feel pressure to buy and as a result I was able to choose the best product for me. Thanks Sean.
