We were dealt with very polity and by very knowledge staff who made sur we were not pressured into buying just on the price. Unfortunately due to the company Computer system being down we were not able to complete the purchase until later in the day, this is not a reflection on the store staff who were working under difficult conditions but were still very polite and professional. well done to them. Julie made sure we weren't hurried in our choice of Mattress and was friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied with shop, but busy and had to wait to be served due to the 2 employees being tied up with other customers But the wait was worth it as we got excellent service and satisfied with the product we purchased

He was very informative of your products,made us feel at ease and not pressured to make a choice which is very unusual these days, he offered us refreshments and made us feel safe under the current COVID restrictions during our time in the shop.
