The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products. The only problem was when I came to place the order there was difficulty with the internet which obviously was no problem of Dreams. On the whole a very positive experience when shopping for my mattress. I did feel a bit self conscious about going into the store and lying on beds but the assistant soon put me at ease.

The assistant was nice and friendly really helpful and attentive sorted exactly what I wanted explained about the pillow we used to test bed ending in both myself and my friend purchasing one and it was lovely to be able to have the offer of a nice drink

Very happy with the service we got from Aaron and Hamilton. What we wanted was in stock and was able to pick my own delivery date. Social distance was done throughout

As soon as I entered the shop Aaron approached me and offered help. I explained that I would like to buy a king size divan with front opening and a mattress. He suggested a quick test on a fancy bed and then walked with me around the shop. I was surprised that the machine actually suggested the same type of mattress I prefer. Aaron patiently answered all my questions and let me try several mattresses. At the end he explained that there is a warranty for mattress and also suggested that a protection cover sheet can save me some troubles. I think he did really great job.

The sales assistant was very helpful, guided us to try the computerised bed to get the right product for us. Allowed us to try several mattresses to ensure the right one without being pushy. Offered us coffee and water at different stages of our visit.

I visited the store the day prior to going back and ordering and then staff member who assisted me was extremely friendly and polite and made me feel welcome
