Very friendly staff made us feel really welcome and their knowledge of products we were after was first class. Its not very often nowadays to be offered a drink and made to feel this welcome we will certainly be back.

The help we had was amazing. As soon as we entered the store it felt like we were truly cared for.

From the minute we entered store we were welcomed and offered to have our bodies measured and weight registered in computer. Hamilton took the time to explain findings and show us all the different mattresses. All hygienic methods were used on the mattresses. Time was taken to make sure all understanding of purchase, gaurentee and uplift. We were also offered hot or col refreshments found Hamilton to be knowledgeable and courteous
