Big O Tires

This Big O is soooo much better than the one I used to go to and fired. Chris was friendly and helpful through the entire process. It is so nice to have AC again! I also love that they’re open on Sundays!!!

What an amazing experience. I do not have any luck with cars, and they really helped me out. Their inspection was thorough, and I desperately needed that alignment. Even told me about a problem that I can bring to my mechanic! Such a great location I was able to leave my car there so I could be at work on time.

My oil pressure dropped and my engine temperature went into alarm. I purposely drove very slow for 5 miles just to get it here. This location has done all my tires and maintenance outside of oil changes. It was near close and they kept it overnight to investigate in the morning. The problem was diagnosed to be a water pump. Part was ordered, fixed, test driven for me the next day. Also received my coupon discount even though I did not have the paper copy.

I came in today on my lunch break looking for a whole set of new tires. I was looking to finance but did not want a credit card. I was pointed in the direction of Snap Finance. Got approved quickly.
