Called for trailer tires they had the tires and said they are not busy so I went in got the tires took probably less than 20 minutes 👍

Ease of scheduling. Kept apprised of service timeline. Recommended a battery, when I went to exchange mine (under warrantee), the values of the strength were almost exact. Battery Plus also said this big O was very reliable. Didn't tell you you needed something if you didn't.

Motor oil and filter changed just as requested. Time to service vehicle was extremely quick. Price was fair. Received text when vehicle was ready. I'm happy with the service.

As well as checking in on me every so often to make sure I am satisfied with their work. I have always gotten straight answers and never any run around bs. I am extremely satisfied with this big o tires location. I have recommended them to every person I know in the surrounding area. Please keep your standards this high. In todays world it is extremely rare to come by.

The employees were highly welcoming. They went beyond by checking my air filter and engine filter. I even had an issue with my turn signal bulb, and they were dedicated to resolve the issue!
