food is always fresh. love that its made in front of you. the inside was very clean and inviting

The food was good but could have been a lot warmer.

I think there should be food that is fully free of pepper especially for kids, otherwise I love their food.

Portions of meat are kind of small so I always get double meat but it cost 50% of what the bowl does. I think it's too high though the food is good

There was hair in the rice and we had to wait about 6mins for chicken.

Horrible experience at this particular chipotle. I understand that at the end of the night you would run out of items such as guacamole. But to run of of lettuce? My food was not warm and I simply threw it away. The serving was not like I normally get. I can usually eat only half of my bowl and I save the rest for the next day. I will not be returning to this establishment ever. The employees seemed bothered by the customers. I will drive out of my way to another chipotle where I always receive excellent food and service.
