Chipotle has great food, but is slightly overpriced. I also think adding queso to the menu would be a great addition. Two of Chipotle's popular competitors, Moe's and Qdoba, carry queso and it has proven to be a successful menu item for burrito joints.

Long lines at this Highland Heights KY location. Plus I wiped out in front of the store and tore my jeans so that was a bummer. Good food though as always.
