Too expensive. Good food. Grumpy employees at this location in Cuyahoga falls Ohio.

The staff was very friendly and the food tasted great but they forgot to put our two bags of chips in the bag and I didn't realize until I got home. I was really disappointed, I did not feel like going back to get them because it would have taken about 30 minutes in nasty weather and my food would have been cold by the time I got home.

Every single time I want chipotle I end up going to a second ovation as the line for the first is always ridiculous. The cost of hiring a few more workers will offset the list business from the customers that turn around once they see the line. I choose alternatives atleast three times a week As a result of the line issues

Service was very slow and food was terrible. Things weren't cooked properly, meat was chewy, etc. We won't be back
