They were rather disorganized about a large fax order and those of us in line got very backed up because they were more worried about this order than those of us in line. Poor customer service in my opinion.

My DSL order was ready and prepared properly but the cashier was a little snippy and acted like I was a fool not to know to go around the corner to the back door which I had to knock several times to get an answer to get pick up my order
