Always good food

A particular member of this staff made my visit pretty poor. Apparently, he was waiting on white rice to be filled, but never actually said that to me or anyone else in line. He just stared at us, while we stared back, wondering why we weren't moving further down the line. We can't necessarily see how much of the ingredients I left in the buckets, and even so, the staff should be able to relay the information. We also had to wait on fajita peppers, and the one redeeming part of my visit, was that the cashier working proactively brought me a side of peppers once I had already started my meal. That was over and beyond what he had to do, it was a very nice touch. However, the peppers were charred. I even took a picture to prove it. They were black, completely burnt. Unfortunate. This is why I always go to a different location.

Usually good but system was down. Had to wait 20mjnutes to pay for food. Once paid food was super cold
