Great no complaints

Too expensive

The food has very small portions for the price at the restaurants, the turkey legs were $13 and so tough that we threw it away because we couldn't get the meat to pull away from it. It was impossible to eat, so after wasting about 1/2 hour of our day, we just threw it out.

Always great.

Every time I come it's such an amazing experience love coming every year and making such incredible memories, thank you for being so great!

Kind people and fast wait lines

Great experience! We ate at a restaurant that had me a bit worried due to my food restrictions and without missing a beat the employee who helped us made sure I knew exactly what on the menu I could eat.

Awesome theming, especially in the Harry Potter/Hogsmead area.

Had a great time. My mom purchased a dining deal and did not like the food at the restaurant and did not eat the meal. She was unable to choose to use her meal elsewhere.
