Line took 30 minutes

They had run out of chicken so a line formed as they cooked it. I wasn't mind waiting because I knew it would be fresh however when the girl went to switch out the old container that had the chicken for the new water dropped onto the burrito below. As she should she threw it away but was frustrated when she had to warn another tortilla up and put white rice on it. When she did she didn't even put a full scoop of rice. Once I got to the register the 2 employees behind the counter were more invested in there conversation and where the garbage bags were kept under the counter then getting my food together while I held my squirming toddler. At one point the guy said they would be right with me and then clocked in and went into the back room. The girl didn't do much to help me and waited for him to return to ring me up and get my food in the bag.

Food tasted off somehow, couldn't even finish my burrito and I'm obsessed with chipotle. So disappointing.
