It was close and we hadn't eaten there in a while. I will say the corn salsa seemed very hot on this visit.

There was a large piece of gristle in my carnitas. And my burrito bowl was somewhat cold.

the line was to the door at about 730 on a sunday and it took about 35 minutes to get my food. im patient but that is pretty slow. maybe extra staff was needed but it was crazy busy. almost need 2 food preps areas its so busy. the food was good. my tacos get cold so fast. anyone who takes their food to go must always eat it cold cause mine is never warm at all after only 5 minutes from when it was prepared. overall its good quality food. but expensive so i cant go as much as i would like to. i usually only go when i get a gift card

at this visit there was a very long line and it was at a stand still. usually a long line is not a big deal because they serve fast but it took me about 30 minutes to get thru the line. that is too long. my tacos were great. wish they were a little warmer. they get cold so fast. drinks are expensive so ill stick with water next time. other than the long wait for food im glad i went. i dont go that much though since it has got so expensive to eat at chipolte.

The 135th & Metcalf location in Overland Park needs to get its act together. The service is so slow! The dining room is also dirty. I'm not going to this location again.

The service was AWFUL! my kids tried to order their food and the person working the front food line couldn't understand them because she spoke broken English. The whole process was such a mess with no one understand my kids. I had to step in and order for them and they couldn't understand me very well. I am an easy going person and I understand no one is perfect, but why would you have this happening in an English speaking country. The restaurant was very dirty with all of the tables full of trash and crumbs. No one was cleaning the tables. We sat at a dirty table after spending $42 at your restaurant.
