Good experience. Friendly staff.

Got takeout as usual, and experienced the rudeness of Raul the bartender once again. Amazed he still has a job. I've complained about him once to Edith the manager, but Raul was just as rude as ever last night. He's not suited well for his role, and the restaurant would be better off getting him off the floor. People have patience if the food is good, but will eventually go somewhere else if they keep getting treated poorly by the wait staff. I'm actually not even sure anyone reads these reviews. If someone does, I'd welcome a conversation about Raul and this establishment. My name is Derek Scott and my number is 214.215.1194.

Great food, horrible service. By far the most unfriendly bar staff (Raul and Catalina) I've ever experienced. I have been getting takeout here for over a year and they never act like they recognize me. I'm surprised they've kept their jobs this long. Every time I ask Raul for extra chips and limes he gets a sour look on his face. Catalina is curt, never smiles, and acts like I bother her. Again, great food. But if the food ever slips I'd definitely go somewhere else.

The wait at 7 pm was 20 minutes and we waited 30 minutes for a table for dinner. At one point there were 9 open tables and no one was being sat. We usually love Mi Cocina and never have a problem but last night we were very disappointed.

Great food, but the service was really slow and our waiter was quite inattentive.
