Just needed gas

people park at the pumps and go into the store to buy products every time i have went here. THere needs to be a sign that says, if "IF YOUR NOT GETTING GAS DO NOT PARK AT PUMS"!!! IT S BULL!! instead me and other people have to sit and wait on people buying other stuff and standing and talking to the counter workers. They are not buying gas, something needs to be done. I will not return to this location, and will not recommend it to anyone either unless something is done about it.

No receipt at pump as I was waiting two other people were waiting for their receipts. The parking lot was trashed and no paper towels at any of the pumps.

I bought cigarettes along with my red bull and gasoline. There was a confrontation between the attendant and an intoxicated man outside. Distracted, I forgot my red bull and cigarettes inside on the counter. The attendant brought me out my red bull saying that I forgot it. She didn't bring my cigarettes that I also forgot. I assumed that I had my cigarettes but after arriving at my destination at a casino in the next state (where cigarettes are $10.00 a pack) I realized that I didn't grab my cigarettes afterall. Big inconvenience... I dont understand why the attendant didn't bring my cigs with my drink. The attendant put herself at risk of being physically harmed during the confrontation with the intoxicated man outside. I let her know that I had a tazer and that I would protect her if she needed it. She could have at least had the decency to bring me my cigs that I paid for along with my drink she brought out.

There were tons of cars waiting for gas. People were held up inside paying for their gas because the cashier/s were to slow. This has become a huge problem at this location. It seems the cashiers tend to socialize with their friends who come in to the gas station, instead of working on servicing all the waiting customers wanting to pay for their gas. I enjoy this location, I love the price for gas here, but the lack of customer service from the Murphy cashiers leave me very frustrated and makes me want to go to another gas station with better service. I hope the manager at this location would be spoken to on this and improve the service at this location. This is a major location with many out of state visitors in the Riverport area.

When I pay good money and when or if I need to use the restroom it should be avaible to a paying coustermer. This is part of good service I do believe. If the restroom is broke I understand but not avaible because know one wants to keep it clean that is different. It should be made avaible for paying coustermers.

I was charged to much tax I spent $2 and was charged $2.17 should have been $2.12 if this happens to every customer everyday that could add up quickly it's not fair

this location is right in my back yard but I will drive 3 miles to a Kroger location BECAUSE every time I use Murphy I never get a printed receipt unless I go in. People use credit in order to not have to go inside. My reason for wanting a receipt at the pump is because I don't want to unbuckle the children and have to take them in and then rebuckle them into there car seats. try to think of the customer and FIX the receipt issue on the pump

None of your card receipts work or have worked at this station for months. They don't work at any of the pumps. I have to go inside every time for a receipt and sometimes the lines are long. I tell them and they always say they have tried to get them fixed but nobody at Murphy listens. Only reason I go there is it is close to work but it is just extremely frustrating. I would appreciate if you could just get the receipt to print at the machines. Today it printed of blank paper which is more than I got in the months before. Thank you

The pump would not do the discount when using my wallmart credit card. The people in side station had no idea as to what to do to get the pump to adjust the price. I moved to the other diesel pump, but had same results. I have never had this problem before. I went ahead and purchased 22.789 gal of fuel at the higher price. You owe me the 3 cent discount per gallon and what can be done so this does not happen on my next visit
