Every visit to Murphy Express there are customers who leave the pumps after they finish fueling and go inside to shop. They pay at the pump and block traffic with their abandoned vehicle.

The customer at the pump in front of me went inside to shop or something and did not return. There was a customer behind me waiting on my pump. I could not move because of the customer who went inside. There were parking spaces next to the building but the customer who went inside left his car at the pump. This caused a bottle neck at the pumps.
