I purchased 20 gallons of Diesel fuel gas at pump island broken. I drove around to find a pump that worked. It was during the fill of my truck that the inside attendant shut the pump off.. stated I needed to come inside, and pay for the overage. I told clerk, over the intercom, that I was using a cred it card. She then said " wrong Pump" I asked to restart pump ... I inserted credit card nothing. clerk said try again. clerk then denied turning off pump. Then after several minutes in 34 degree weather and wind blowing 15 mph I left.

You took $100.00 from my account for a $18.65 purchase. That's called stealing my money. That's called legal stealing according to my attorney. If that's how your company's operates I will take all my business somewhere else. I spend around $300.00+ a month. I also will be letting my business associates know what your doing. Your using our money to draw interest for 48 hrs.

I asked the clerk about a price in the way it was rung up. Sometimes it's different in price. Instead of politely stating maybe it would be the same price, I got a snarl of a face and a rude tone to the voice. Along with the statement, "makes no difference it's how I did it anyways." Made it sound lie even if it was cheaper I didn't have a say in it. She was going to do what she wanted and made it very clear to me. Last time I checked, I was a customer that makes a reason for money to enter the business which then helps her out with a job. Just like the rest of us do in our jobs.

The sign at the road and the pump said regular unleaded was $1.69. My receipt printed $1.99. I waited for over 10 minutes inside to ask the attendant why the difference and how to get the difference back. Was told I must have done it wrong. The gas button stated regular unleaded with $1.69. My receipt says prod: superun which I am assuming stands for super unleaded which is not what I pushed. I went back out to check and I was correct in that the regular unleaded was what was pressed and lit. After I stated my dissatisfaction with that answer after going back in, I was told there was nothing that could be done and to email Murphy USA if I had a complaint. No email was given and I was told to look it up. I noticed the survey at the end of my receipt and used it. I was at the Murphy Express 8708 on 603 s. Cumberland St, Lebanon TN on 1/10/15 at 14:30 Trace:4393 invoice #350146 on pump 5. My email is Loriesinks@bellsouth.net I would like a response back please.
