was going to fill my fuel tank, stopped pumping at $5.36. Tried again to pump with no results. Moved to a different pump and was instructed to " see attendant ". Attendant said there must have been a problem with my credit card and advised me to return to the pump and press " pay attendant" I did as instructed and the pump would not dispense fuel. It was then that another customer told me that they had run out of gas. Several customers were finding out about this problem also. I left to do some shopping and returned later and there was a fuel truck there filling the storage tank. I swiped my credit card again and it did not work. Remembering my previous instructions, I pressed the " pay attendant " button and proceeded to fill my tank. I guess that my biggest complaint is that the attendants should have been more aware of the shortage in their storage tank and should not have allowed themselves to have run out of gas before getting a replacement supply. Upon going inside to pay with my credit card I was greeted by a long line of customers that obviously encountered the same experience that I had done. I could have gone next door to Speedway but chose not to.

The cashier was very unpleasant didn't even smile and grabbed money

I asked the clerk about making coffee different varieties and he said he makes it at a specific time, however several of us come in before 5:30 a.m. and it's not satisficatory for Archie to tell me "i'm the only one" who drinks french vanilla coffee, it's that's the case why offer selections.

Murphy's used to have the best prices in town for gas and cigarettes. But that's not the case anymore. I used to pay $85.47 for 2 cartons of cigarettes (Marlboro Black 100's), but now the price is $98.74. The clerk would always take 1 pack out of the carton & ring it up 10x's, twice. That gave me a price of $85.47. But a few months ago they quit doing it like that, so they just scan the carton itself & I get a price of $98.74. She said management told them to stop doing it the other way. Why??? If I buy 1 pack of cigarettes, the price is $4.31 per pack... But if I wanna buy 10 packs, the price jumps up to $4.94 per pack! WHY???

I used the restroom during this visit and the sink in the bathroom was not working, i informed the male cashier who looked at me like i was nuts.. i had to use my own hand sanitizer .. which thank goodness i care.. very disappointed in the way i was treated for telling him something that should be addressed.

The attendant was not nice

There was no sign on the pump that the credit card reader was not working. After trying to scan my card three times, I went inside. The attendant said they know it is not working but that management is not allowing them to put a sign on the pump. I was on a time constraint and the weather was bad.

what is the point of paying at the pump if the clerks are to lazy to keep paper in the printer and you have to go inside and wait in line just to get a receipt/ this has occured the last 2 times that i have purchased gas there and it has happened before. That does not make it very convienent. However your prices are good

Chose regular. Got charged for premium. Regular was 2.34, premium was 2.94. I always use regular, never premium, so I didn't think I had to double check I was pumping the right gas after I chose it. Didn't notice until I got home and looked at the receipt that I was overcharged. Lost $5.81 for it. My email is vetravis26@gmail.com if you'd like to make it right.
