Love your affordable gas!

I was highly satisfied with the clerk, she was very friendly, curtious and helpful. In the past I a well as my husband have had issues with the service clerk NOT doing her job! We had prepaid inside approx $20 and went out to pump we knew it would stop on its own from pre paying many times in the past. This time it didn't! When realized the total a in the fifties of dollars in witch we could not afford the time but she said it was his fault and he had to pay! He did just that! She had prepaid the wrong pump & wouldn't admit her mistake, it took several weeks of going back and forth with management before they refunded our money! We were left with a very poor image of the staff and it took us a long time before we returned! I still feel we were treated poorly by staff as well as management! But we have let it go and continue to be loyal customers. 😇

The card reader was broken on the machine and could not pay at the pump. Otherwise everything was fine. It happens no big deal at all.

Your pumps put out too much pressure and sometimes cause overflow. It is especially bad for motorcyclists. Windshield cleaner dispenser was empty. The hoses on the pumps do not swivel as easily as I believe that they should which can cause bent gas door fill issues which are not cheap to fix.

My issue is with the cost of gas. Oil is at $60 a barrell and last time it was this low (early in May) gas was $2.50. Do not understand why I'm paying almost $2.70 now for gas when oil is the same cost in May cost me $2.50.

The service was speedy and friendly.

I allowed room for improvement.

I was getting fuel, not a highly satisfied process or undertaken movement to be "Highly-Satisfied" doing this.

It was just a regular gas station visit, nothing special about it. Went in got my drink and went out and carried on with my day.

It's neither better or worse than the Speedway right next to it. I chose the station based on price alone. In the end there is always room for improvement.
