The card scanner at the pump didn't seem to operate correctly because of the cold weather. It was about 32 degrees. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the addition of the TVs blasting out loud advertisements at me. There is no way to mute it. I hate it and Wil try to fill up anywhere else I don't have to be forced to listen to your advertisements.

I use MurphyPay when purchasing gas. Went through the procedure twice getting my code via my iPhone. Entered code at pump and my PIN. Selected to receive a receipt. Instructed to lift handle and select grade of gas. Did as told and the three lights flashed at each grade screen. Selected grade 91 and nothing happened. The three lights kept flashing and grade could not be selected. Did it a second time (survey code 382 112 644 928) and got to the point of selecting the grade and nothing happened. Today, I tried to report the problem to the attendant and she said she has worked at the station for 1.5 years and has never heard of MurphyPay. I request she tell her District Manager of the problem. I had this same problem at station 8732 a month ago and reported it to the manager. This Manager witness another MurphyPay transaction I did resulting in the grade not being able to be selected thus to fuel. She called Murphy USA and reported the problem that was supposed to be forwarded to IT at Murphy USA. Apparently there must be some problem with the pumps when MurphyPay is being used.

The card reader would not work the attendant said that happens with some of the pumps and told me to go to another pump. In the meantime I was charged $1.00 each time I slid my card through, (4xs for $4). I need this refunded back please. Send to Florrietta Acosta PO Box 1563 Eastlake, CO 80614 Thank you.
