I did not like the fact that I had to stand outside to pay for my gas...it was cold...there is no restroom available...and the wiper fluid was frozen. It is a convenient location by Walmart. They do not carry my cigerette brand (i.e. Decade 100's). The price of the gas was competitive. There was only one other person in line before me. This particular station does not offer very many amenities and is a bit impersonable when you have to stand outside waiting for a monitered voice to talk to you, you cannot enter and the extended tray seems very impersonable and cold.

pump not working

I don't know if you bug treat the area, but there were literally thousands of small flying insects all around the pumps, getting all over my car and myself. I've never seen this before at this location.

DNS server between Murphy USA station and adjoining Wal-Mart was not working; therefore, debit card with discount was not available. I was told by a customer and attendant to go to Wal-Mart Customer Service and get a refund for the fuel pumped. When I went to Customer Service, they refunded me the amount on my Gift Card, but would not refund the discounted fuel price that I forfeited. Thi problem with the DNS server had been down for several days according to the Murphy USA cashier.

found out later that a gas station down the street had gas 10 cents cheaper.

All 6 windshield fluid bins were empty. Bone dry. Every one of them. When I approached the window to tell the cashier, he was dancing in the booth. Had a radio turned up loud and was just dancing away. When I got to the window, he stopped and asked if he could help me. I told him all of the windshield fluid bins were empty. He just looked at me with a frown and said “Oh. Ok.” That’s it. Made no apology. No effort to go fill them. Nothing. There was only one other car there at the time but he never bothered to go and fill them.

I understand that the station is busy, I was patient and waited in line to prepay for my gas ($10.00) however the pump was not set for my requested amount and I ended up paying almost $50.00 for the lack of the attendant to pre-set the pump. I have limited income and the attendant's response was "you'll use it any way". I needed that money for OTHER BILLS that obviously the attendant didn't care about. I will not ever trust an attendant to set the pumps ever again. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN TRUST A MURPHY USA attendant. They are always eating while they are working, no toilet paper in the bathroom, not sanitary AT ALL. They are on the phone with who knows who...???? I will go else where with my business.

I used a Gift Card to pay for gas calculated the price I should of paid with gift card disc. And realized I was charged the regular price. Which is false advertisment.

I bought 3 Cokes for the rollback advertised special. Advertised/posted price was $3.19 (+tax). He charged $5 and no rollback code!
