I tried to use my Walmart charge card so I could get the extra 3 cents off, but the pump wouldn't take my card. The attendant said they had been having trouble with the Walmart cards not working on their pumps. I didn't get any gas since I didn't have another credit card with me.

It seems the price of grizzly long cut wintergreen has been increased. I can get it cheaper at 7-11 now. Also, the newest grizzly product was not available. "the exrta dark" wintergreen. both 7-11 and circle K are carrying it. both 7-11 and circle k are cheaper than you guys now.

Repairmen shut down the pumps in the middle of my fueling saying they were not functioning fast enough. I tried to tell the attendant that they should not have done this without asking me. The attendant has a routine which he uses and repeats in order to avoid dealing with problems or listening to customers. He interrupts the customer, talks over the customer. When the customer tries to continue, he tells the customer s/he is upset and must calm down. When this happened to me, I lowered my voice almost to a whisper, at which point, he interrupted and talked over me. I tried to continue, he told me I was upset. When I started over again, he slammed the window separating us with such force it almost broke the window. This attendant needs customer service training. He should not continue this repeated routine of interrupting, talking over the customer, telling them to be quiet. This is rude. Slamming the window shut forcefully is violent. It is all a means to avoid dealing with the issue.

I have a reference number 3359251 attn Felicia. I'm attaching a receipt from incident reported. The one I paid for purchase and one from the amount I was told I was charged for prepaid gas. I have never been treated like that man has treated me in my 59 years. What upset me most was as I left he was hitting desk and telling me not to come back again. I just hit points like I said I have talked with 3 people from here and never received a call back.

You have to wait in line sometimes that's a given and not the problem. Gina did not greet me she did however talk to me during the transaction, she did not offer me my receipt. I had to ask for it and told her I take the surveys. She stated she did not think anyone did that. The cost of my purchase was 4.18 minus a coupon of .50 with tax the total is 3.68 gave her 4.00 I took my pack of pall mall and stood there for a couple of seconds thinking I should get change. I should have .32 not a big deal but am I to tip your employees?

You seen what time I entered in the boxes they turn the power off on me when I was filling up said it was automatic. There was another time I was going to use the bathroom there but she just cleaned it so she said I couldn't use it and I never used the bathroom there but I needed it bad.

We were visiting in Norman, OK & we always try to get our gas at a Wal Mart and use our Wal-Mart credit card. We did not notice on our receipt until we were already on interstate that we did not get our five cent discount. We have never had that to happen anywhere else but we ere very disappointed.
