There was barely any fluid to wash my windshield

Prices too high on cigs but other store closed@9pm & lines too long.

The pumps were fast, and I was able to get out of the cold quickly!! There were lots of sticker adds on the pump which I did enjoy reading, but were almost overwhelming at the same time! Overall, I was satisfied with the price and quickness of the pump!

their system would not let me have my free dr. pepper I received wit this app so I'm not very happy wit the service as a whole

The attendant wasn't friendly, didn't smile. When asked if they take the EBT card, she was looking down & just shook her head that's it. People that work with the public need to be taught customer service. Otherwise, you get the impression they don't want to be there or you take it personal, like maybe because I'm white she was friendly to me. I don't need to be offered extra products. I need good customer service because I pay more for my Misty cigarettes here than at Murphy Express down the road. I have learned you're not affiliated.

The condition of the restroom was terrible. I could have went to any gas station but I chose Murphyusa because they are known for having the cleaniest restrooms.There was tissue all over the floor,trash almost overflowing and the door would not even lock. It makes a difference when you are traveling to be able to use a clean restroom.I may not use this location again but I still will remain a loyal customer to your company.

When I put the gift card in, display had all kinds of gibberish on it and I didn't know what to do after that. Finally, the pump just started working. It look like a complete programming problem.

We have a walmart Mastercard. It says on the ticket save .10 per gallon with your Murphy Visa Card. We have been using our Mastercard and getting .10 cent off per gallon but today we didn't receive anything off. I would appreciate your help me with this matter. Linda J Kicklighter

This location was a big disappointment. There is no rest room and the attendants booth is very small.

I always go to this particular Murphy's because they know to keep a stock of cigarettes on hand for me. This has been going on like clock work for years. But not today. I asked the attendant for my brand and she could no find them even after I told here where they were she kept looking in other places. I then asked her to look in the back storage as there are always 5 cartons for me. It took her over 5 min in the back to find them. After she rang me up she walked away without a word. I had to ask her if she would put them in a bag for me and she handed me a bag to do it myself. Not sure why this woman is working at this location but she needs to go. I have never had any type of problem with the other attendants. They have always been so nice and when they see me coming they have my order ready.
