Although someone behind the counter was telling the person who checked me out how they go out of their way to make sure that their customers are satisfied and what things that may be done to right things if the customer is not satisfied, neither the clerk or the other two employees behind the counter acknowledged me in the least except to put the cigarettes I asked for on the counter, tell me the total owed and hand me the receipt. This, even though I greeted the clerk upon walking up to the counter, thanked her and told her to have a good day. This is normal with this particular clerk.
