The sign said $1.98/gallon. When I selected the 87 to turn the pump on, the readout said $1.98. When my receipt printer, it says I was charged $2.639 per gallon for a total of $35.60.

The pump would not let me pay for my gas at the pump with my debit card. It kept saying push credit, and when I pushed credit it would not do anything so I had to go to the cashier to pay for my gas. I feel like you do not need to make a payment at the pump if you have to go the the cashier

Receipt did not print. Had to go to pickup at window. Attendant was not very friendly. Going to the window negates paying at the pump. This is the second time in a row this happened. Won't happen again as I won't be back.

The sign said 2.199 for diesel and I was charged 2.239. The attendant said they just changed the price and no one was here to change the signs. Sign said 2.199 and that is what I should have been charged

Out of product that I normally buy here. For the past 3 months this location that I visit on the everyday bases has been out of pall mall orange carton and USA red 100s in box on the frequentruck bases more time than not. If this isn't resolved within the next couple of weeks I will take my business elsewhere. I spend on average 200 a week here with the purchase of gas, cigarettes and drinks.

I usually try to schedule so that I purchase gas and cigarettes in the same visit without having to go out of my way for either product. In the last 5 weeks I have attempted to purchase a carton (or 2) of Marlboro Menthol Light 100's on 4 different occasions. On 3 of these occasions either the cigarettes were completely sold out or the store only had a few packs. I have been told by more than one attendant that many times the Marlboro brands aren't coming in when ordered. There are several signs on your propertys that state "Guaranteed in stock". Because I have to go to a competitor to get cigarettes then I get my gas with them also and all 3 of your local competitors don't seem to have a problem keeping Marlboro brand in stock. I prefer to do business with Murphy USA since your parking lots are clean, your attendants are friendly and you have good prices but it's not convenient if I have to go to another competitor to get the product that I want.

This is not the first time on this issue of the diesel fuel filters being clogged and needing to be changed out. Having to wait 20 minutes to pump in just 9.5 gallons of fuel is absurd, when I needed to fill it up. All I ever get is that they will call in a maintenance worker in to fix the issue. Diesel is the first by-product in oil refining and needs to have its filters changed on a regular basis to keep the speed of the pumps going. Mine was so bad, the customer next to me, had to stop his fill up to allow me to even start mine and then he could continue with his. Also, what is the exact percentage of bio-products in the diesel, as it tends to foam up more than normal diesel? May want to lessen the amount or add an anti-foaming agent to the mix. Just a suggestion to discuss with the chemical engineers.

I was the only one there and the cashier was talking with someone and he knew I was there and I was in a hurry and took some time before he got with me.

I have always considered Murphy my "go to" place for gas, because I thought it was the best least expensive gas. I realize now, after 4 times of giving Murphy the benefit of the doubt, that this is not the case. 4 times I have driven past 6 or 8 gas stations on my route to Murphy, only to find Murphy more expensive than all of the ones I pass by. More expensive by at least 5 cents per gallon! Murphy, I will not be fooled again.

As I was pumping diesel fuel from the very slow pump, I used the flow control until it was full. When the tank was full, the trigger released and quit pumping fuel. The display was still counting up the gallons and total price. It did not stop until I retuned the nozzle to the holster. It was only a few cents, but displayed how defective the equipment is.
